All prepaid orders are dispatched within 24 hours, and up to 48 hours for COD orders. Once dispatched, your Lama will reach you within 2-7 working days

shipping times may be longer in case of unusual circumstances such as natural calamities, public holidays, riots, strikes, pandemics, or other acts of God, etc.

Shipping on all our products is free and included in the product price. There is no additional charge for return shipping in case of returns/exchanges
