I'm sure it's a nice item, but the service sucks

It doesn't matter how nice your product is, if you make no effort beyond the bare minimum to ensure the customer whos already PAID for it, actually gets it. You went to the same address again and again, ignoring my email, and your bogus customer care number which no-one picks up. Every single delivery service, if they can't meet the customer, makes at least ONE phone call to ask if they're around. On failure to deliver, the company makes at least the smallest attempt to resolve the situation.. you didn't. Because you'd already been paid. I got three messages simply saying that delivery has been attempted. You gave an email id to write to, but I guess .. ignored. And a phone number nobody answered. I don't remember how much I paid for that t-shirt, but whatever it was, I hope it was worth the sadness you caused my daughter on her birthday. And yet you have the gall to email me begging for praise? Sad. Truly sad.

Not at all oversized also the size of the tee is short, not worth buying it.
